Recent Warwick San Francisco Review: "Very quaint Hotel... Small and seemingly historic. The lobby gives you a nice impression and there is a bar/restaurant that looked popular. However, we never ate there. There really is not a door man, and we carried our own bags to our room...Which saved me a few bucks, and I did not mind. Parking is $35/day or you could take a fat-chance and try to find something on the street. The neighborhood at night was okay...busy and seeming safe. However, there are the ever present Panhandlers around, but you have to get use to that in SF. All this said, The Warwick is true 3-1/2 start hotel just as it was described. Everyone was very nice and the rooms were very clean. Tip: Upon check-in ask for the best available room and see what they propose. We got a 2room/2bath mini suite that was very nice. There were two French Armwas, minibar, and a quiet view of an alley... Okay not pretty, but it was quiet and I suspect any other view of the town would be a bit noisy. Had we not got the suite I suspect the other rooms are on the small side, but I definitely would stay at this hotel again even if I did not get the upgrade. Especially if I were going to the Curran Theatre which is just across the street."
