| Went back early Jan for an annual business/pleasure trip and had consistently wonderful experiences here. For my second time, everything was great and I noticed and remembered many of the staff (from the bell, housekeeping, front desk etc.) who were the same faces I saw.....a good sign indeed. Monique and Bonita at the concierge desk are some of the finest I have experienced...and I've stayed at some great places. Sometimes, staying at a more intimate hotel in a "big city" makes for a better stay: has great access to everything (food, transportation, supplies, shopping, is easy to get to. |

| Rooms very comfortable, well appointed and quiet.
Location could not be better for things to see and do, as well has walking to great restaurants. Hotel staff unusually helpful and friendly. My new favorite S.F. hotel. |

| A must-stay hotel when in San Francisco. Staff were incredibly attentive. Hotel was clean, comfortable, luxurious. Great location with wonderful view of the bay. Not so large that it takes great effort to get to your room. Tasteful, understated decorations with much thought to the comfort of guests. |

| We've stated at the Hotel Vitale before and will stay again. One feels safe walking in that neighborhood (we walked to a Giants game) and there are closeby restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is very good, and, unlike many other S.F. hotels, the Hotel Vitale is very quiet. |

| L'Hotel Vitale è moderno e situato in buona posizione per visitare la città. E' pulito ed il servizio è buono. Il suo ristorante è molto frequentato dagli impiegati perchè trovasi nel distretto finanziario della città. La camera che ci è stata data non era molto grande, la vista era pessima su di una strada laterale ed era abbastanza rumorosa. Non sappiamo se questa sistemazione ci era stata data perchè avevamo prenotato tramite Hotel.com e non direttamente sul sito dell'Hotel Vitale. Tutto sommato lo consiglierei. |

| I've stayed in many hotels in San Francisco. This is by far the best. Not only are the rooms clean and comfortable, but the location is second to none. We stayed came for a special birthday celebration and the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. Will now be staying here every time I visit SF. |

| Wonderful hotel. Emphasis on customer service and they do a great job. My only comment is that the hotel is so nice that you have to request additional ice. |
