| the staff was good. the location was great!!! when we checked in there was a used soap bar in the shower and used wet towels, but we had brought our own so we didnt care for it. but over all it was a nice room. |

| Clean room. Great staff. Very comfortable lounge downstairs with cookies, etc. Free parking. Only downsides -- room is a little small, lounge is small, and the parking lot does not have enough spaces (although usually the streets around the hotel are fine). Oh, and great neighborhood. About 10 minutes to Civic Center BART, etc. |

| The building is old but the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a great location right next to the Presidio and convenient to the restaurants and bars on Lombard and Chestnut. |

| We were welcomed by Niki and our every need
met immediately. The hotel was very clean, the room was small but met our needs perfectly. The room has a mini frig and Niki brought us a microwave. They have fresh made cookies in the hospitality room during the day along with tea. In the morning we had packaged muffins, crossant and coffee. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel was in great shape. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Also, Bruce at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. This locaton
has the best staff and they really show their customer service!!!! |
