| Wir möchten immer ein Zimmer zum Hof haben und nicht eines im angrenzenden Hotelgebäude. Ich habe deshalb schon die teurere Zimmerkategorie gebucht mit 2 Betten. Aber wie letztes Mal 10 Dollar Upgrade gezahlt. Aber dafür super freundlicher Service. Super Preis Leistungsverhälltnis für San Francisco und tolle lage zu Fuß 5-10Minuten zur Fisherman-Warf. Auch parken für 12 Dollar in San Francisco ,es sind es in den meisten anderen Hotels 25-50 Dollar.Jederzeit wieder. |

| We enjoyed our stay. It was a close walk to Fisherman's Wharf and other tourist sites in San Francisco. I was a little disappointed that we had to pay an additional parking fee, but it was not too bad. |

| Bon hôtel, acceuil sympathique mais un peu bruyant, les cloisons sont très minces entre les différentes chambres. |

| Hotellet er velegnet, hvis pris og beliggenhed går forud for komfort og service.
"Morgenbuffeten" er begrænset til serials og muffins, samt mælk, kaffe og juice. Der er 1 bakke på hvert værelse, som benyttes til afhentning af morgenmad, da der ikke er plads til indtagelse ved buffetten.
Vores værelse var egentligt ganske fint, men vores vinduers underkant var lidt over naborestaurantens terrassefliser. Det betød, at vi skulle trække for, hvis ikke vi ønskede, at restaurantens gæster skulle kunne kigge lige ind/ned til os. Det var dog kun det ene værelse, vi havde, der havde denne ulempe.
Naborestauranten var i øvrigt virkelig god og med næsten fælles indgang. Maden var helt fantastisk og tjenerne meget venlige og effektive. Den vurderer jeg som et væsentligt aktivt for hotellets gæster. |

| began by allowing us to use parking for appt @ mt zion, but could not check in... so far so good..arrived back at hotel @ 3:30.. checked in , need parking add'l $$ for overnite... arrived at room, just started cleaning, plz give them 20 min... not good... moved vehicle for closer access.. when got into room, had no wi-fi.. was suggested if wi-fi is that important, owner will allow check out and refund and we can move...by this time is is 0830 pm & husband & myself ARE NOT moving, the best they then could do was refund for overnite parking.. I used the office computer...... |

| hotel staff was very helpful, and they allowed us to park our car there early (before check in) so that we could begin our sight seeing early, by taking the public transit. We really appreciated that. We found it to be a very nice place to stay and will stay there again in the future! |

| The hotel was very convenient for a ten minute walk to Fishermens Wharf. The hotel is on Lombard Street which was very busy and noisy with traffic, especially in the morning and at night.
My room had a small whole in the bottom of the door which was a problem when it was cold. The heater was quite noisy. There was a lot of nose from the other rooms which woke me up two nights in a row.
The hotel staff were good and for the price I paid it was just okay. |

| O " motel" é bonzinho, cama boa ( dupla) banheiro bom, não tem frigobar, mas tem maquina de gelo la fora, tem internet ( fraca) mas funciona, o cafe da manha é " riciculo" nao conte com ele, muito barulho no quarto da pra se ouvir tudo, ( tuuudo mesmo) do quarto ao lado ou de cima. A localizaçao é otima, pertinho do Fisherman Warfh |
