| 元日の到着時フロントが不在で、系列のホテルに行きウエルカムキットを受領しようとしたが、受領できず再度シュタインハートホテルに戻った。
到着時にマネージャーがたまたまフロントを不在にしていたとのことで、迷惑をかけたことをお詫びいただき、スタンダード１ベットルームからスイートにグレードアップしていただいた。
到着時は大変な思いをしたが、アップグレードしていただき、快適な滞在ができたとともに、ホテルのフロントの方にいろいろサポートしていただき、とても感謝して帰国した。 |

The hotel was built in 1910 and is fresh renovated. You can breathe the charm of a 100 year old hotel, just check the elevator. Rooms - Apartments - are big with much space and clean. Cleaning is once a week as described. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend this hotel. If you want a real hotel pick something else, all others just check this and enjoy. |
