| The hotel was ok. I was NOT expecting to climb stairs especially when I had requested a ground floor room. I was not told there are NO ground floor rooms and you have to climb about 8+ stairs to get to first floor. The parking was a joke. Yes it is free but there are only 13 regular spots and 1 handicap spot for the 40+ rooms so if you want to park for free its a first come first serve and don't move youe vehicle as the spots are very tight to get into. The noise echos as people are walking through to their room or up the stairs to the second floor. if there is a noisy group which we had every night we were there the front desk did nothing to keep the noise down and it went on for 2 or mor hours after 11pm. The room it self was comfortable with a big king bed. It was close to the bus line to get to Fishermans Warf so that was a good thing as parking is expensive on the warf. Would I stay here again....hmm it depends, but probably not. |

| We enjoyed our stay, price was fair but parking was at a premium. Location was nice, walking distance to many shops and resturants. |

| Das Hotel ist eine schöne Immobilie in der leider lange nicht investiert wurde. Es wirkt sehr abgewohnt und schmuddelig auch wenn die Zimmer eigentlich sauber waren. Aber Löcher in der Bettwäsche dürfen nicht wirklich sein.
Am "sogenannten Frühstück" vergeht einem jedes Hungergefühl. Sehr viel Staub und anderer Schmutz schmückt die Kaffeemaschine.
Unsere Ansprüche wäre sehr niedrig und trotzdem wurden wir enttäuscht. |

| Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es la relacion precio/ubicacion. El hotel en sí deja bastante que desear, pero considerando que se está en una excelente ubicación de una gran ciudad como SF, la ecuación es positiva. |

| The hotel is kind of run down and is pretty small. We got the room with the one king bed. The service was excellent and accommodating and was very close to most of the main attractions in San Fran. |

| Was a little worried after reading other reviews. I found it very nice. Asked to be moved downstairs and they said no problem. Walked to Chestnut Street restaurants Would recommend if you are just looking for a nice inexpensive place in S F with a decent location.

| I stayed at this hotel for 5 days in February 2012.
The location was great; in walking distance from the marina, the Golden gate, a comercial street (Chesnut street) and bus stop ( corner of Chesnut and Buchanan)
The room was very clean, had new furniture, everything was working.
The included breakfast consisted of excellent coffee, cold cereals, juices, large waffe ( done by yourself), and toast.
The personnel were very pleasant, polite and most helpful. |
