| We had a great time over New Years. Great location and service was excellent. The only two minor problems were that they didn't tell us that we had to additionally pay for parking, which was another 45 dollars, and we had no trash can in our room. Like I said only minor problems, but it is in an amazing location and we will be back there again. |

| Slitasje på hotellet. Helt greie rom, bra rengjøring. Hyggelig betjening som gjorde alt for å hjelpe. Perfekt beliggenhet!! Veldig koselig å gå på Pier 39. Men gamle rom, luktet gammelt i gangene.. Var under oppussing, så mye rot i vår etasje.... Helt ok hotell som kan anbefales til en ok pris. |

| the hotle was ok but the noise at night was frietful since the hotel put us on the traffic side of the hotel, beach street it was very noisy. |

| Whilst this hotel has slightly dated decor, the staff re helpful and the location great. Right on fishermans wharf you are close to restaurants etc. It is only 4 blocks from the main tram stop making it really easy to access union square or china town. The staff gave good directions, wifi was free and they booked a cab for our early departure that arrived on time. We had a great stay. |

| O quarto que me deram era extremamente barulhento, em frente a parada de ônibus e semáforo no cruzamento de duas avenidas, acordava durante toda a noite e bem cedo pela manhã com ruído do motor de ônibus e caminhão. Do resto ótima localização, uma fogueira na beira da piscina aquecida, funcionários simpáticos. |

| relatively small hotel that is near to pier, food etc. but the location is great and convenient and also service is rather good. toilet is abit small, room is clean, only problem is that the aircon is a little noisy, room do need a uplift, but still okay, as the maintenance and housekeeping is pretty good. car park is rather pricey, but this is for the whole of SF. |
