| Only a few minutes from the Bart and cable car turning circle, yet very quiet as it is above the shops although you access at ground level. We overlooked the glass roof of a shop several levels below which meant it was very quiet - no traffic sounds which is pretty amazing for the location. Room a good size with a goldfish as temporary pet. Did not eat here - cheap eating in Mall 100 metres away or in various diners which are around. |

| I was there with my older mom for six nights between Christmas and New Year's.
Great location near Union Square shopping and SOMA museums.
Service ranging from excellent to bend-over backwards extraordinary.
Tasteful decor with blooming plants.
The wine-tasting hour was more of an all-you-can-politely-drink, which was quite a treat with the decent wine.
My only complaint was high cost of internet usage on the business center computer, almost six dollars for every fifteen minutes. Access was free if you had a laptop, which I didn't.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. |

| Detta hotell överträffade alla förväntningar. Absolut perfekt läge, mycket bra service, fräscht, vinprovning ingick liksom gott kaffe och the på morgonen. Väldigt prisvärt! |

| Hotel com instalações novas, quarto confortável, funcionários atenciosos e localização muito boa. Uma Starbucks muito perto, era só atravessar a rua. Enfim, a nossa estadia foi muito agradável. Voltando a San Francisco ficaria nele novamente. |

| I love this hotel for many reasons...valet is downstairs so you do not have to wait 15 minutes for them to pull up from a remote lot...the toiletries are Etro...the bathrobes are animal print...and best of all, the hotel is pet friendly!
And per my request the front desk was able to put me in a very quite room.
Only gripe is that I couldn't figure out how to crank the heat in the room. |

| This hotel is right in the middle of the city center. If you want convenience of shopping (there is a Westfields around the corner) and restaurants, this hotel is in the perfect location. Easy access to public transport.
The room is pretty clean but average. Our window view were office workers in the opposite building. Beds were comfortable. We even had a pet fish in the bedroom!
Its a pretty small hotel, tucked away in between other buildings along the street. Alot to choose from in the minibar too. |

| This hotel is very historic and very old school charm, friendly and helpful staff and nothing is an effort. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and very central. |

| Great hotel, great staff, close to Union Square and Powell Street Cable Car and BART. Easy access to all buses too!
Our room was very quiet with updated decor; super helpful front desk. I will definately stay here again! |
