| Our room was nice, what I had expected! Great service. Parking is kinda expensive but also expected. Had a very enjoyable stay and would stay again! |

| Not much to say, best hotel for the money in SF. Perfect location for business travelers who want to experience what SAF has to offer. Around the corner from Chinatown, Union Square, and a superquick cab ride to Fisherman's Wharf. Staff is exceptional. |

| The only downside of staying at the Palace was how warm the room was. Window wouldn't open to let in fresh air. We propped the door open and that helped.
Other than that: excellent staff, beautiful hotel, comfy rooms, great beds ... tasty coffee served downstairs at 5:30a (we were in town for the Nike Half Marathon). Bathroom was clean, shower nice and hot. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back for the 2010 event and will plan to stay here. |

| The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything that your neighbor is doing. I wanted rest and this is not the place to get it. A fire alarm disrupted my sleep for about 30 minutes and I wasn't even offered any sort of compensation. |

| This is a beautiful old hotel with a lot of tridition. It is beautifully maintained and appointed, from the hugh vase of rosed to the stained glass ceiling the lobby impresses. You know that you are in a quality location. The room was beautiful with high ceilings and lovely linnens. Love this type of place. Here you get what you pay for. |

| Everything was Great! Beautiful old style hotel centrally located. We were able to walk to Union Square for shopping. Employees were very friendly. Food was very good. |

| It's hard to find a hotel that isn't overpriced in San Francisco, but I was expecting more from this hotel. Nothing is included, and the business center is very expensive. |
