Recent Omni San Francisco Review: "The Omni San Francisco is the best hotel to recover in if you ever catch food poisoning! Let me explain, the Omni definitely didn't give me food poisoning, a grocery store hot bar in San Fran did. By the time I checked into the Omni, I was feeling the full effects of nausea and stabbing stomach pains. The wonderful woman who checked us in pretended  that I was fine even though I'm sure she could see the pain etched across my face. Even through the stabbing haze and the chills, I was able to appreciate one of the most comfortable beds I had ever slept in as far as hotel beds. The appropriate number of covers/duvets cradled me to sleep and more than enough luxurious fluffy pillows to lulled me to sleep. Throughout the night, I was awakened several times from knife like pains in my abdomen from the poisoning and was more annoyed at not being able to lay in that bed and sleep than the actual pain itself. The room was very quiet even though we had checked in during the Chinese New Year celebration. The hotel was very busy with celebration participants checking in who were still feeling the effects of a lively celebration that was still happening just a few blocks away. Of course you get some sound, but it was more of a sporadic far away conversation than a blaring and lively debate right outside of your door. I also attribute the levels to the fact that a celebration was happening. I didn't get a chance to venture out into San Fran as I was recovering, however, the room was clean, comfortable and an oasis away from home. I didna€™t get to see much of the hotel, but when I was feeling better, I did make it a point to order room service (which I got free as part of my hotel deal). The room service was fast (special note since the hotel was so full that day), the food was pleasant enough and the staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again!"
