| ユニオンスクエアには、徒歩3分くらいで行けるので、立地条件はとてもよかったです。クリスマス前でしたのでイルミネーションがとてもきれいでした。ホテルの部屋は、ベットも部屋もとても広くてきれいでした。バスもシャワーが浴槽と別になっているので良かったです。朝早くから、ホテル内のスターバックスが、やっていたのでとても助かりました。サンフランシスコに行ったときは、また利用したいです。 |

| 初めてのサンフランシスコだったので、日系ホテルの方が良いと思い宿泊しました。
私が滞在した時はフロントに日本人スタッフが1名、ドアマンが1名だったので、日本人スタッフが居ないこともありました。
朝食会場は外人スタッフしか居ませんでしたが、日本語が分かる感じだったので、こちらから日本語で話しかければ大丈夫だと思います。
ホテルの5階にはプールとフィットネス（ランニングマシン、バイク各5台、フリーウェイト）、サウナ、スチームサウナが24時間使えたのでとても良かったです。
日本人スタッフとコンシアージュは特に親切で、このホテルの評価を上げています！
クラブフロアに泊まったのですが、パン、フルーツ、フレークなどの簡単な朝食、17時から19時までのハッピーアワー付きでかなり楽しめました。
日本食が必 要な方は朝食バッフェを付けた方が良いと思います。
9泊の内朝食バッフェで変わったメニューは、ワッフル、パンケーキ、フレンチトーストの日替わりだけで、あとは何も変わりません。
1階にダイナースや楽天などのカードを持っていると使えるトラベルデスクがあり、荷物はもちろん、ワインなど買い込んでも送ることができます。
トラベルデスクは日本人スタッフなので、ホテルの日本人スタッフが居なかったら、こちらで色々聞くのも良いと思います。
エリアはダウンタウンなので、ブロックを一本渡ると治安は良くありませんが、そちらに行かなければ大丈夫です。
フィッシャーマンズワーフまで車で10分程なので、サンフランシスコの主要な観光に便利です。
クラブフロア専用の鍵が何度も使えなくなり、その度にフロントへ行かなければいけない面倒くささ以外は何一つ嫌な思いをせず、とても楽しい滞在ができました。 |

| Lovely rooms and great location. Would have been perfect if they offered free wifi and car parking was less expensive. Concierge was helpful and hotel was big and very nicely decorated. Fridge in room did not work but they quickly brought up a new one. |

| First visit to San Francisco and Hotel Nikko was an excellent location, near Union Square, lovely restaurants, and shopping opportunities. We had a good sized room on the 8th floor. Room service was efficient and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent but expensive. The restaurant offered good choice for evening with dine early options available. Will certainly return to Hotel Nikko when next in San Francisco. |

| １２月２７日から家族３人で３泊しました。
ツインの部屋でしたが、部屋は広くてきれいでした。場所もパウエル駅からもすぐ近くてとても便利でした。
ただ、サンフランシスコ大学を見学したいと思いコンシェルジュに聞いたのですが案内がわかりづらかったです。あと、午後になるとロビーにホットいチョコレートとホットアップルソーダが自由に飲めるようにおいてありました。ちょっと買い物前の休憩など、ゆっくり飲みながらロビーでくつろげたのは良かったです。値段もかなりやすくとれたので価格も大満足でした。 |

| We have stayed at the Nikko several times. The staff are excellent and the location near union square is also very nice. The breakfast buffet which includes both full Japanese and American choices is very good and was included with the price from hotel.com. This is one of the few hotels in town with a nice pool which is great for children.
One point was the room was adequately cleaned when we first entered it. we called housekeeping and they came back. Other than this we have always enjoyed our stay here and will probably return again. |

| フロント、コンシエルジュの暖かい感じが良い。
朝食バイキングも豊富で満足がいく。
奥まった部屋で騒音もなく、ﾛﾋﾞｰでのドリンク、クッキーサービスも好感度大。ホテル内のジャズクラブもリーズナブルで質が高い。部屋の狭さはあるが、地の利抜群でトータルでベストに押したい。 |
