| After all the negative reviews we were afraid to get this hotel but didn't have much choice because of the convenience of the location for our even.. We honestly got way much more than expected!!!! Friendly staff, decent neighborhood, convenience location! They even got us a great city tour!!!! Plus so inexpensive!!!!! We Highly recommend it and certainly will go back!!!!! |

| spotlessly clean hotel managers friendly and helpful very pleasent when I arrived at 130AM helpful with local directionbs and in arranging transportation to airport at 4AM Free continental breakfeast was not bad good strong coffee |

| This hotel was ok for one night. I booked a smoking room on-line, but when I got there I'm told it's a non-smoking room. That was really irritating and I had to initial a box agreeing to pay $100 extra if I smoked in the room or had a pet. The room itself was large and spacious with a nice view of city lights. They use OLD SCHOOL hotel keys that are long and awkward. I like the kind that fit in your wallet. This one does not.
There was a sign next to the door that read "Check Out Time is at 11:00am. Any guests in their room after 11:00am will be charged an additional night."
I think they enforce this policy because I checked out at 10:50am and at 10:55am a woman was trying to get in our room to clean she said. That's a bit much in my opinion. To be going in the room before guests are completely gone. I also think they go in the room right at check out time to see if there's smoke present to charge the additional $100.
I am not sure if I will be staying at this hotel again. For one night maybe, but any longer and you'll want a nicer hotel. |

| 皆さんのレビューはあまり芳しいものではありませんでしたが、フロントでのチェックインで良いコミュニケーションが取れたせいか、無料でスイートユニットにアップグレードしてもらったりで、以前長期間アメリカ居住していた私達には、十分納得できる滞在でした。
フロントを担当されている方のご兄弟が、日本在住とのことで、日本人にとってもフレンドリーでした。
お部屋やエレベーターは、建物のとおりにかなり古い状態でしたが、割りと一生懸命清潔にされていました。 |

| We were looking for a cheapest hotel in San fransisco because we were just gonna spend 2 days there as part of our road trip. The first couple of your we saw the police and paramedics come for one of the residents. Later on that night random people would knock on our door getting us really scared and not giving us a chance to sleep. For the price it was a good place but next time we are picking something safer. |

| O serviço de transportes de SF é muito bom e bem integrado.
O Hotel fica em um bairro pobre, mas se voce só pretende um lugar pra voltar no fim do dia, ele é confortavel e vale a pena economizar com um hotel desses.
SF está em crise e muitos mendigos estão pelas ruas.
Neste bairro só existe chines, como em toda SF. |
