Recent Marriott Courtyard Downtown Review: "We got a room here the night before we ran a half marathon that was starting and ending near the ballpark. We were also at the game the night before, so it was the perfect location for us. It was a good little warm up jog to the starting line, and a good recovery walk on the way back. It is also a short walk down to Market St. and the surrounding areas, and public transit. I'm a SF native, so it wasn't hard for me to figure out how to get around, but even for the people in our group who were from out of town they said it was easy. The room itself was nice, nothing over the top fancy but the beds were comfortable, sheets were of a good quality and clean. The windows open, but there are no screens. For being on the 11th floor, anyone with kids would want to be careful of that. The fan in the bathroom wasn't working, so it did get very warm with the shower running. Other than that, it is a great option for a place to stay, especially if you are looking for a hotel near the ballpark."
