| everything is excellent except the hotel needs to upgrade their coffee maker and hair dryer is so scary to use and very loud. and so as the beddings, it looks so old... |

| Great location, fantastic bar food and easy access from the BART. Typical Union Square SF hotel, the only down side the elevator. Smaller than a closet and seems to be used by EVERYONE in the hotel, including staff. |

| The room was small but cute, the walls are very thin, could clearly hear the conversation next door to me. It has the typical old SFbuilding charm. Was good for the quick over night stay as I did not spend much time in my room. Would suggest not using the valet as it took 45 mins to get my car in the morning - there is a parking garage at the end of the block that is easy and same price. |

| Good stay. I recommend the hotel. But two things are needed to improve it: 1- Install anti-noise windows; 2- increase breakfast options. |

| hotel sympa, mais mauvaise surprise a 3h du matin, 3 nuit sur les 5 passées là-bas. le radiateur ticker et faire un tel raft qu'il est impossible de dormir. trè très désagréable |

| Hotellin sijainti oli tosi hyvä. Yöllä pientä meteliä, mutta oltiinhan suurkaupungissa. Ruokapaikat lähellä ja hyvä aamiaispaikka ihan vieressä. |

| Hotel Mark Twain has excellent accessibility for union square. It takes 5 minutes to go for union square by walk. |
