| I would recommend this lovely hotel to others, however they are in the prossive of experiencing a massive renovation which is greatly needed. Lovely rooms, about 25 years out dated. Looking forward to seeing the new Mandarian Oriental! |

| Estaban remodelando la entrada del hotel, pero nos dieron una habitacion mejor. El personal y su atencion excelente. Nada que criticar. Hermosa y completa habitacion y excelente vista. |

| Our hotel stay was fabulous. Our view from our room and the staff was worth every penny. The staff found ways to make our 30th wedding anniversary very special. The hotel is under remodel, but it was still an enjoyable stay for us. We are looking forward to our next stay. I hope they add a club level and jacuzzi during the remodel with a really nice restaurant. |

| We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. From the time of check in until our departure we have encountered the best and most friendly staff. We were upgraded to corner rooms with the most amazing view of the city and the bay. We were welcome with a pot of their special holiday tea in our room. Most of all, the hotel's help was rendered with an understated courtesy that was pleasant and refreshing. Especially considering the basic pushy service we usually receive in stores and other hotels. We would definitely stay again! |

| It was our first stay there and we loved it. We had a premium suite with a great view of the city looking East and South. Bay Bridge view was wonderful. It was the quietest hotel room I have EVER been in. If you want rest, this is your hotel. Service was on-par with other five-stars, maybe a bit better. Lobby is small and intimate as is first floor lounge. Lots of understatement throughout. Room service menu is a bit limited, but acceptable. On thew weekends, being in the financial district means a bit of a walk to things. But nothing is very far in S.F. I would certainly stay there again. |

| This hotel does an excellent job of providing service to clients. Everyone from valet, check-in attendant, and concierge provided top quality service. The rooms are immaculate with amazing views of the Transamerica Pyramid, Coit Tower, and the bay! The afternoon tea is a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again! |

| First off, let me say this is a nice hotel. We had a room on the 46th floor overlooking the Bay Bridge, gorgeous view and very comfortable. Not real gripes against the place, but for the price you pay, you expect a wow factor that the Mandarin just doesn't have. |
