| We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. From the time of check in until our departure we have encountered the best and most friendly staff. We were upgraded to corner rooms with the most amazing view of the city and the bay. We were welcome with a pot of their special holiday tea in our room. Most of all, the hotel's help was rendered with an understated courtesy that was pleasant and refreshing. Especially considering the basic pushy service we usually receive in stores and other hotels. We would definitely stay again! |

| It was our first stay there and we loved it. We had a premium suite with a great view of the city looking East and South. Bay Bridge view was wonderful. It was the quietest hotel room I have EVER been in. If you want rest, this is your hotel. Service was on-par with other five-stars, maybe a bit better. Lobby is small and intimate as is first floor lounge. Lots of understatement throughout. Room service menu is a bit limited, but acceptable. On thew weekends, being in the financial district means a bit of a walk to things. But nothing is very far in S.F. I would certainly stay there again. |

| This hotel does an excellent job of providing service to clients. Everyone from valet, check-in attendant, and concierge provided top quality service. The rooms are immaculate with amazing views of the Transamerica Pyramid, Coit Tower, and the bay! The afternoon tea is a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again! |

| This was the nicest hotel I stayed at. The staff was extraordinarily polite and accommodating. The room was a perfect size and layout! The view was quite awesome and everything just worked out perfectly... |

| First off, let me say this is a nice hotel. We had a room on the 46th floor overlooking the Bay Bridge, gorgeous view and very comfortable. Not real gripes against the place, but for the price you pay, you expect a wow factor that the Mandarin just doesn't have. |

| The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and very private--never heard a peep from a neighbor. |

| If you do nothing else. Just take the elevator to any of the upper floors, step out and just enjoy the view. OUTSTANDING!
Parking is the only issue. $40+ a night, but it is SF. |

| This is indeed the perfect 5 Star Hotel. It isn't cheap, but it is the very best hotel I have ever stayed in in a city atmosphere. The views from the 45th floor of San Francisco were inreal, and when the Giants won on Friday night we were treated to a fireworks show at eye level-- outstanding, romantic, terrific for a special treat. |
