Recent Laurel De Vivre Boutique Review: "We enjoyed our stay here for 4 days. It is located very conveniently for our purposes during that visit. We enjoyed the fact that it is comfortably small and that there is always coffee and tea available in the lobby, as well as fresh warm cookies in the afternoon. There is also lemonade, but the spigot is so small, it takes very long to fill a cup.  This is probably pre-planned so that the first 5 people don't use up all the lemonade in the first several minutes. And there is a two level small parking facility under the Inn which is marvelous. One slightly negative aspect was the fact that there was not enough lighting in the room, but I loved that it had 4 pillows on each bed. When we walked in after dark the first night, there was no light switch to turn on a ceiling light and we had to feel our way around the room (curtains were drawn) to find a lamp. In fact, there is no ceiling light at all. The maid service was very good and the housekeeper on our floor was exceedingly bright and cheerful. Except for the dirth of lighting in the room, everything was fine and we were quite pleased. One caution is that there is a bar below the first level rooms on the intersection side, and when we stayed there one other time, the noise from the happy people in the bar was difficult to take during the early morning hours."
