| Comfortable bed and great complimentary breakfast! Service wasn't what I'd remembered. Hotel is now a time share, and that's unfortunate. |

| the hotel was ok but not more then that, the location was far from most of the tourist place,the service was ok and it was depended on the indevidual person that served you, the brekfest was good, the room was vert small |

| perfect location if attending an event at the Davies Symphony, opera or War Memorial performance center. Restaurant was a nice surprise and service great. Room a little small but clean. |

| I have been to San Francisco before so was happy to be in a location that was further from some of the main sights and close to lovely and quirky neighborhoods.
Inn at the Opera was very comfortable. I stayed in a small room "Ballet Suite" but knew it would be small when I booked and it was cheaper than the larger rooms. I was travelling alone and anyway don't tend to spend much time in the room so the size was perfectly adequate for my needs.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, there was information in the room and great service. Complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. |

| I needed a place close to my sons house, who is in school in SF, and found this opera themed boutique hotel, by the symphony. I had a single room, and while it wasn't very large (think I got last room, and Didn't look at others) it was clean and had everthing I needed- including alarm clock with iPhone charger. Service was great( Dedes at desk was very helpful), and it had a nice looking dining room, which I will try next time. I would recommend it. |

| Absolutely perfect for a night at the opera.We drove up from San Luis Obispo county and could not believe our luck ! It was a great choice of hotel.Plush and cosy restaurant too with piano bar ! |

| What a charming hotel! Small, private, European style that captured our attention the moment we walked in! The staff treated like we were old friend come for a stay, although we had never been there before. The restaurant food was delicious. There was one drawback, unfortunately, and that was the location of our room. We were right on the street. Did you know that garbage pick-up happens at 2:00am? There had to have been four sirens as well, sadly. We did not sleep well because of the noise. We will go back, but only if we can get a room deeper into the hotel! |

| Réservation faite pour une chambre pour 3 personnes (2 adultes 1 enfant) pour 3 nuits, non honorée à l'arrivée: Il n'y a que des chambres à un lit disponibles. Pas d'autre solution proposée que de faire dormir notre fille par terre !!
Hotel viellissant de qualité médiocre !
Sommes partis le lendemain ! |
