Very pleased with all aspects of the Hyatt at the Fisherman's wharf Convenient locaiton to teh tourist attractions along the Embarcodero, but also accessible by mass transit to the rest of the City. Hotel is very well maintained comfortable and staff is very helpful.

Prima hotel en een comfortabele ruime kamer. De keuze voor een Business Plan kamer met king-size bed is me zeer goed bevallen. Een WiFi verbinding was inclusief, weliswaar niet heel erg snel, maar voor de belangrijkste zaken (e-mail en websurfen) voldoende. Voor bijv. Skype is een grotere bandbreedte wenselijk en tegen bijbetaling ook beschikbaar. Ook  ontbijt was inclusief en voortreffelijk. Bij mijn volgend bezoek aan SF is de kans groot dat ik weer boek bij Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf.

When we checked in we were told that the water would be off from 10-3 for three days in a row (our entire stay). The only compensation was two free bottles of water in the room. We were told that we could use the restrooms in the lobby during that time. I walked in and had to hold my nose due to the smell and each stall was full of piled nastiness.  I can't believe the health department didn't intervene. The front desk staff were unaware of the uncleanliness and stated that housekeeping were supposed to be on top of it. When I spoke to the manager (at 4PM and the water still wasn't on) she also stated that she was not aware that the facilities were disgusting and would have to check wtih housekeeping. I am not fastidious, and I camp frequently, so when I say it was bad it was! I would rather use a portapotty than what they supplied. For the price I was paying, it was obscene. When I complained they offered more free bottled water. I have a 2 year old in diapers. This was unacceptable.

Chuveiro ruim e dificil controle da agua quente e fria, dificultando a regulagem de temperatura. Faltam lugares para pendurar toalhas.

The Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf places you in the ideal location to all the must see sights. Parking is convenient as well. Hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. You will be glad you stayed here!

Nice modern hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff. The only dissapointing part was very slow serviceat breakfast

Exceptional front desk staff -friendly and helpful. Morning buffet was all you could wish for. Great location 1minute from cable car terminus and same to Fishermans wharf by foot.Only quibble was right hand side of king bed in room 461 was at different level- something strange about it. However great place to stay and fantastic value

Excelente localização, a uma quadra do Fisherman's Wharf e do Boudin (ótimas sopas!) a duas do Pier 39. Pertinho da Lombard Street. A zona é muito agradável, na beira da baía! Transporte fácil para o centro. Também a uma quadra do ponto final do Cable Car. Pegamos um para o centro sem fila nenhuma. Quartos confortáveis, bom banho, Serviço muito atencioso.  Solicitamos (sem custo) uma geladeira para o quarto. Tem um concierge que dá todas as informações sobre passeios. Café da manhã (incluido no nosso pacote) cust U$ 20 por pessoa. Mas é muito bom, para padrões americanos. O plano de internet básico é lento e apenas para um aparelho. Com mais 3 dólares por dia fica melhor, para 3 aparelhos. A garagem é paga a parte e é cara (U$ 20/dia!) Não é necessário carro em SF, pois o transporte público é ótimo. Recomendamos muito este hotel. Ficaríamos lá novamente.

Good location. We drove right past it because the Hyatt sign was smaller than the restaurant sign. From the signs, you think you're staying at Knuckles. There's only one type of parking, and that's valet. Worked out well. For check-in, it was quick and easy. Only downfall is that the walls and windows were thin. We could hear people talking as they  walked by outside (street sidewalk). Also, an inconvenience is that the room next door felt the need to call maid services at 10PM to come and vacuum their room. Maid services was not gentle at all. The vacuum kept banging up against the wall--was distracting.
