| We had a lovely weekend at the hotel vertigo. Staff was helpful and friendly. The rates were great. The elevator is slow but it's a great excuse to take the stairs every once in awhile. I would stay there again. |

| I saw some reviews about rooms that didn't look like the pictures but at least in my case everything was just as expected. It was a lovely hotel, nice room, nice bathroom and comfy bed. Friendly front desk service and would definitely stay here again! |

| Bon standing, calme, tout ce qu'il faut, bonne situation. Je recommande cet hotel. Un peu cher mais on est à San Francisco centre. |

| Hotel hyper sympa, pleins de charme, chambre hyper calme,reception adorable,dommage qu il n y ai pas de petit dejeuner mais le café et le thé est offert le matin. |

| We spent Thanksgiving night here as we were in SF to spend the holiday with our son who's a student at Academy of Art. It's just around the corner from his apt & very convenient to the many of the AAU buildings. It's in the upper Tenderloin but we feel safe here(as compared to down a few blocks). The hotel has unique decor which we loved. The staff was very friendly. The petite rooms are very roomy.(No need for the larger room). Free WiFi was helpful as our son brought his computer over to show us some of his school work.
Only a few blocks walk to Union Square and much less sidewalk traffic at this location. We will definitely stay here again. |

| The lobby is way to stark and plain. No warmth to it whatsoever. Rooms ok, towels nice as were the robes. |

| Location was good.
Rooms were small but sufficient.
Beds, Showers, etc., were all high quality - since those are the only two things you'll really use the room for while in SF, I think its the most important part of the hotel.
Service was friendly and helpful.
Hotel overall was nothing special, a bit aged, tight corridors and elevators, though everything else was very good.
Free wi-fi. Thank God.
Daily parking rate is v. expensive - factor that in when considering the cost. |

| Das Hotel ist wirklich zum Weiterempfehlen! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer entsprechen den Bildern der Homepage und auch die sanitären Anlagen sind top! Leider ist der Wasserdruck in der Dusche etwas schwach, da dauert das Haarewaschen etwas länger. Auch zu bemängeln ist das teure Parken (Auto wird vom Hotel aus geparkt und wieder vorgefahren) und die leider etwas sehr langsame Internetverbindung (die allerdings Kostenlos ist und im Eingangsbereich steht ein PC zum Surfen zur Verfügung).
Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von ein paar Minuten am Pier und auch zu Fuß erreicht man auf die Schnelle ein paar Baars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch etwas zum Frühstücken. |
