| 満足しているのは、ロケーション、ベットの寝心地、周辺の利便性です。どこへ移動するのも楽ですし、周囲に何でもあり利便性の高さには非常に満足しています。 ただ、解雇された元従業員のデモが入り口で連日あり、初日はホテルに入る際に“Shame on you”と拡声器で言われるなど、不快な事がありました。。デモは翌日の朝もあったのですが、警察の介入があったようですぐに静かになりましたが、早朝から騒がしかったのが残念。 あとはシャワーがオシャレにデザインされてますが、水が外に漏れて足マットが水浸しになるのも残念でした。 |

| Location很棒, 搭乘公共運輸很方便,餐廳多,離vistor center近,可先買1 Day or 3Day Pass! Herts租車不到一個block!但是飯店不提供熱水喝(僅在早上櫃台邊提供全飯店房客2壺熱水,晚一點去就沒有了)所以要自備可自行加熱的熱水壺,另外使用飯店的電腦上網超貴! |

| I have said at this hotel for many years, dating back to when it was the Maxwell. I love the location, but when I think of what other hotels offer in the way of amenities this hotel has followen behind. No in room coffee maker, no morning newpaper, and at this time no restaurant. |

| Great hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location could not be any better. In the heart of Union Square within walking distance from anywhere including BART station or cable cars. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL EMPLOYEES THAT WORK VERY HARD TO MAKE YOUR STAY COMFORTABLE EVEN THOUGH THE PROTESTERS TRY HARD TO RUIN IT FOR YOU. The protestors are not as bad as it may seem in other reviews. There is may 5-8 people trying to build a group unsuccessfuly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. |

| Para quem está sem carro é excelente, do contrário o Valet Park é muito caro e nem sempre está disponível na hora em que chegamos ao hotel. Na porta do hotel havia uma manifestação trabalhista contra o hotel e as pessoas gritavam e apitavam ensudercedoramente na entrada/saída dos hóspedes. |

| Au premier abord l'accueil fut très froid, la réceptionniste très hautaine et quand elle a constaté que j'étais agent de voyages elle s'est radoucie mais je l'ai sentie très hypocrite.Vieil immeuble de 1900 bien rénové mais ne vaut pas plus que 3*. Son grand atout reste sa situation à proximité de Union Square mais le parking est tres prohibitif : 80 $ ttc pour 2 nuits !!!Il y asurement de meilleur rapport qualité prix dans le secteur surtout que l'on passe son temps dehors à explorer la ville. |

| Quality of service: 3 stars (Ellen was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, but the other man working there didn't do much about fixing our heater) Condition of hotel: 4 stars (elevator was being re-done, our heater wasn't working-- small issues) Cleanliness: 5 stars (junior king suite was definitely worth getting, very modern, very comfortable) comfort of room: 4stars (heater was broken, the protests were also an annoyance) Convenience of location: (5 stars, you take the BART from SFO Airport to the Powell station and walk straight up a few blocks, turn left and your there! not an issue with 3 luggages btwn the two of us) surrounding neighborhood: 4 stars (if you're a girl wanting to dress up at night--- dont be alone! it's really nice and then gets a little scary with druggies) |

| The protesting was still going on starting as early as 5am!!!No one wants to be woke up that early while on vacation to someone screaming through bull horn.I eventally looked up the reason for the boycotting and the hotel really did a number on it's employees...Real sad what they have done to their workers.That alone makes me not want to stay again.The hotel is overpriced.The paint was chipped everywhere.The white furniture looked dirty...I can say the location is/was perfect...Close to EVERYTHING.But I do not think I will be staying here again. |

| This hotel could not be beat for location. It was a great place to stay. The room had a fun contemporary decor. My only negative comment would be that the carpet was rather dingy. |
