| Great affordable family place to stay. Free Breakfast was a great start to the day. There was something there for us all to enjoy. Walking distance to everything around the wharf, Cable car to union square & surrounds. Would recommend hiring bikes & doing a bike ride over golden gate bridge. |

| I recently spent New year's eve and a few more days in this hotel and it was outstanding. The staff from the front desk to the room attendant were helpful kind and all around nice. The hotel is close to the pier, transit and all the necessaties that touring San Fran would need. The area is safe and I WILL stay there again and would reccomend it to all. |

| Wir waren für 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Insgesamt macht die Anlage einen modernen Eindruck und ist in gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders gross, dafür aber sehr sauber. Der Ausblick in einen geschlossenen Hinterhof zählte allerdings nicht zu den Highlights. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse völlig in Ordnung und sogar der Kaffee schmeckt. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der größte Pluspunkt ist jedoch die Lage des Hotels, Fisherman's Wharf liegt quasi vor der Tür und man hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Taxen warten fast rund um die Uhr direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir würden dieses Hotel ohne Bedenken erneut buchen. |

| This hotel is in a great location central to everything. It is not fancy but it is well kept and has great service. I had a few requests and they were all answered quickly. For the price, it is a great value, very clean, and comfortable. |

| 一泊しましたが観光地のホテルだけあってきれいでした。
部屋は一人では大きすぎましたが大人二人と小さな子供くらいならちょうど良い感じです。
アクセスはケーブルカーの終点とフィッシャーマンズワーフの中間ですので良い場所だと思います。
ただ、実際に泊まってみるとフィッシャーマンズワーフは観光目的には良いのですが、次の日の朝が早い人には近隣の交通機関が弱く、タクシー等が必要かもしれません。その分、市の中心付近に泊まるよりも広くて快適でしたのでその辺はトレードオフと考えるよりなさそうです。
全体的には満足です。
朝食はビュッフェスタイルでしたが内容はパンとヨーグルト（カップ入りのやつ）、シリアル、コーヒー、ジュースといった感じで日本のビジネスホテルの方が良いかなというレベルでしたが、朝食が付いてい るだけでも良いのかもと思いました。 |

| Great location, friendly staff and fantastic location. Coin Laundry in Holiday Inn next door. Breakfast was a good variety and good times also. |
