| The hotel itself is ok. Failry basic and a little pricey for what it was. The surrounding area is well dodgy and wouldn't recommend it. My fiancee was with me for nmy business trip and I didnt feel safe her walking around the area especially alone.
Easy access to down town was convenient. |

| Really close to every public transportation (walking distance)
Our room was in the top floors so could only be access with room key (that felt more secure)
Was clean |

| hôtel propre et récent, accueil sympathique, chambre sans surprise, situation parfaite pour le tourisme, hôtel à 200 mètres à pied de tous les transports en commun (train de banlieue, métro, bus et tramway) |

| Prisvärt hotell inte långt från centrala delarna av SF. Dock en bra bit att gå ner till Embarcadero och Fisherman's Wharf t ex. Norr om Market Street, precis där hotellet ligger skiftar staden karaktär och övergår i betydligt ruffigare kvarter där man inte bör gå ensam sent på natten.
Hotellet var klart slitet på sina håll även om rummen i sig var rena och fräscha. Poolområdet var ett plus (om än slitet), men det är sällan varmt nog i SF för att pool ska behövas.
Rekommenderar att välja ett mer centralt beläget hotell. |

| The Hotel is located very centrally, the rooms are nice and fairly big and clean. Parking is good organized, however costs extra!. Breakfast inhouse is complicated and the service in this restaurant is not really good!!! |

| Excelente servicio, el restaurante super completo. El área es segura, pero en general en San Francisco, hay que ser precavido. |

| The hotel was very nice . the only thing i didn't like was the location the civic center is not the best location with children. |
