Recent Hilton Union Review: "This was a great hotel and a great bargain. The property is well situated and convenient to BART and the trolley at Union Square. The room featured a king size bed which was very comfortable and the hotel also provided and extra non-down pillow (which I need) along with an extra cozy blanket which came in handy as it was a chilly night (late May). You may think, "Well, why not just turn on the heatr" but it's a personal preference to keep the window open for fresh air and keep the heat down so the room doesn't get too stuffy. The personnel at the hotel were all very helpful and polite too which is always appreciated.
Last, but not least, although they have coffee makers in the rooms which are great (and a MUST for me)they also have a Starbucks in the lobby. Personal preference is Peet's but hey...you can find me at any Starbucks when the need arises.
All in all, between the nice personnel, the clean and well appointed room, great location and terrific price, I wouldn't hesitate to go back."

| I couldn't believe that, as paying guests, we were charged $50 (Dec 2009) for parking in the garage. I would not stay here again solely for this. What a joke. |

| I would call this a 3 star hotel, but for a good price it's worth the stay. It was a couple of blocks from Union Square, then a long walk to the elevators and another long walk from the elevator to our room. |

| This was a great hotel for the money - and very family friendly - I have a 8 yr old and and a 14 yr old - they swam in the heated pool - Starbucks in the lobby was great for me.. parking is a little expensive, but your car is safe and you don't have to worry about it. we got a city view room - could see the ocean and the tree in Union Square - beautiful at night. I will stay here again - great location! |

| Hilton is great place to stay in SFO. Was upgraded to the 44th floor with a city view which made our stay even more amazing. Other than parking at $45 per 24hr period, plus city tax, I highly recommend it!!! |
