| Hótelið er í góðu umhverfi og starfsfólk mjög vinalegt. Rétt handan við hornið eru sporvagnarnir bæði gömlu sem fara upp brekkurnar og í gegnum ítalska og kínahverfið og endar á Market þar sem allar verslanirnar eru. Nýju sporvagnarnir þeir fara meðfram bryggjunum og sjávarsíðunni og hægt er að taka þá eða labba að bryggju 35 að mig minnir þar sem ferjan til Alcatrez er.
Eina sem hefði fullkomnað þessa hóteldvöl var ef það hefði verið þráðlaust net upp í herberginu. En það er eingöngu í andyrinu.
Mun klárlega gista aftur á þessu hóteli í framtíðinni þegar farið verður aftur til San Francisco |

| Front desk staff accommodated all needs and was extremely friendly. Russ was great. Thank you for the breakfast. |

| Near all restaurants & shops. Close to transportation. The staff was very helpful & nice.

| Overall the hotel was a good choice. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the windows was pleasant. The location was excellent and made it easy to see the tourist areas of SF. However, the staff wasn't very helpful and often times seemed clueless. I had a problem getting the breakfast buffet that I had already paid for and then when I left my bags after checking out, I was handed the wrong claim tickets Luckily there were ID tags on the bags that could be matched to a driver's license. It was still an unnecessary hassle. If you stay here, I recommend skipping the breakfast option and walking down the street to Denny's. |

| Die Fenster sind eher schlecht abgedichtet und daher sind Zimmer, welche auf die Strasse ausgerichtet sind, eher laut. |

| Close to wharf, very noisy. The windows did not completely shut so we heard outside noise all night long. And was woken up before 6am on a Sunday morning hearing trucks and cars honking and unloading below our hotel room window. Very noisy area |
