| The two great pluses were the location and the continental breakfast. I could walk down to fisherman's wharf and pier 39 with ease. I also enjoyed the friendly staff. |

| Hatten für 2 Tage das Hotel über Sylvester gebucht. Sehr zu empfehlen da gerade neu renoviert und die Zimmer komplett neu sind. Weiterhin in Fussreichweite zu Orten wie Fishermanns Wharf, Telegraph Hill und Chinatown. Parkplatz sollte vorher reserviert werden, da in der Gegend Mangelware. |

| Bem localizado, quarto amplo, limpo, camas muito confortáveis!!! Muiuto boas roupas de cama. O hotel nao ė luxuoso, mas vale muito a pena. Funcionários simpáticos e eficientes. Recomendamos! |

| Jättetrevligt hotell med bra service. Dock en doft av nymålat eller rengöringsmedel på rummet. Kan dock förklaras av att hotellet verkade nyrenoverat.
Lagom promenad hem från downtown på kvällen genom Fishermans wharf eller över Russian hill. |

| The location on Van Ness is very convenient with the Muni that goes directly to Fisherman's Wharf. Parking is very limited. We arrived around 7:30pm and the gated lot was already full. They had a few more spots outside of the gate but I thought we shouldn't be paying the same parking rate if we had to park outside.
The lobby looks nice but it's not connected to anything else. You have to walk outside to find the elevator or stairs to get to the room. The buttons for the elevator didn't all light up, so we weren't sure if it was working or not until the door opened.
The Room is not big, but not crammed either. They have some updated desks, LCD HD TV, and fairly new bathroom fixtures. The beds were pretty comfortable. There was no microwave or fridge.
We had asked for a crib, but it didn't come until over an hour. The child was tired and crying, and we got a complaint call from the front desk. Apparently, the walls are pretty thin.
The free breakfast buffet is served by the restaurant downstairs. There were bagles, toast, danish, chocolate croissants, cake, and fruits that you can get at the buffet table yourself. We were hoping for some eggs and waffles, but there weren't any at the buffet. The restaurant servers will get drinks for you. You can also order off the restaurant's breakfast menu at extra cost. We thought the free buffet was good enough.
Overall, the decor of the hotel is nice. Parking limited. Service was slow. Walls are thin. Breakfast was pretty good. We probably won't stay here again. |

| Very clean room! comfy bed and pillows, very fresh. the bathroom was to small..no shelf or counter room for my toiletries:/ safe area, we would stay again:) |

| I had a pretty horrible experience at the last played I stayed at in SF. This more than compensated for that. A few complaints though (very minor). The elevator to the room seemed rickety and always seemed like it was one good gust of wind away from snapping. Also parking can be an issue (although it seems SF is like that way in general). What they deemed a "parking area" was actually nothing more than a small alleyway where they could fit two cars stacked. Other than those very minor complaints, it was a good stay and I would definitely stay there again. |
