| bra läge, trevlig personal, mkt dåliga rum, ewj fungerande värmeanläggningar i rummen, om ni bokar rum med bäddsoffa är det bättre att ligga på golvet, rummen extremt slitna bord ha bytts sängar för åtminstånde 10 år sen |

| buen Hotel, con precio aceptable para ubicacion, recomendaria mejorar la variedad de desayuno (pobre y con demasiada cantidad de harina, sin proteinas). No es recomendable para personas que no puedan ascender lomas, ya que debe subirse desde union square, 2 cuadras con una angulacion de aproximadamente de 30-40 grados. Grandiosa habitacion con buen espacio, cocina aparte con horno microhondas, estufa, nevera mediana, cunas disponibles, despertador, tapete, calefaccion central y buen baño. considero que es una opcion muy buena a un precio razonable. deben saber que se cobra como en todo hotel interno en san francisco por el parqueadero |

| J'y ai passé une semaine fin février 2012. L’hôtel est très bien situé, presque à l'intersection de deux lignes de cable car. Nous avons fait tout san francisco en transports en commun. Les chambres sont propres, le ménage fait tous les jours, et l'équipement de la kitchenette suffisant pour cuisiner un peu. Du coup, faire le marché au quai des ferry le samedi matin et revenir le midi cuisiner les trésors que l'on y a trouvé, super !
Le matin un petit déjeuner est offert. Il ne faut pas trop en demander car il est offert, mais c'est suffisant pour démarrer la journée.
Mon seul regret, le lit un peu trop ferme à mon goût. |

| This place was AWESOME! Very clean, spacious. We thought we would need a heating unit but it remained insulated. Warm. And when it was too warm we cracked the window which provided a wonderful breeze. For being on the 4th floor it was a great view. The staff was courteous. Very helpful front desk. Close to union square and china down. And if we dare walk to the pier it was still a short distance. Great location. Loved the walk down powell and jokingly hated the walk up. Great neighborhood. Just all around comfortable. Had a great vacation because of this hotel. Definitely gonna use this place as a base hotel to stay at. |

| When we travel we always appreciate a place with a kitchen. This hotel was an excellent place to establish the base to do all the great things that San Francisco has to offer. |

| After walking from the POWELL BART STATION, we were SWEATING, LOL, because that area is pretty HILLY, going NORTH. Upon ARRIVAL, we were PLEASANTLY surprised to find out that our room was AVAILABLE at NOON, which is EARLIER than "CHECK-IN" time. The 2 QUEEN ROOM is pretty SPACIOUS, although the BATHROOM was CLOSET-sized. There was a PATIO, which was a NICE SURPRISE. The FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST was VERY NICE/UNEXPECTED. Stay here if you're looking for somewhere close to NOB HILL/UNION SQUARE and you are on a TEENSY bit of a BUDGET. :-) |

| Great size suites with kitchenettes make it very user-friendly, though decor is dated and furnishings are average or below-average quality. Great location. Great views. Staff is friendly, but don't always follow- up on requests. |
