| Service of front desk and maid was very helpful and pleasent to talk to. Room was very clean,small but nice. The beds were very compfortable. The location was nice, other than the steep hill to get to the place. Beyond that I recommend it. I'll stay there again. |

| It is quite Ok hotel and have decent prices. Its right downtown next to China town gate so it's really close to anything you need. Pleople working there are polite and helpful. |

| This hotel was very convenient to the locatons in the Financial Distrinct I needed to visit. The staff was extremely helpful for checkin and chekout. The restaurant was surprisingly excellent -- and affordable. |

| Le hall d'accueil est nickel et l'extérieur de l'hôtel donne l'air d'un palace. Pour monter dans la chambre, mieux vaut viser les horaires où le personnel de l'hôtel n'emprunte pas l'unique ascenseur. Sinon, 10 minutes d'attente et pas d'escalier pour monter...
En haut, le confort est plus sommaire... Chambre exigüe, peinture pas très fraiche. Literie pas géniale... Pas de parking ni de petit dej.
Bref, hôtel très moyen... Après, ça dépend le prix que vous y mettez et à quel point vous voulez être proche de Chinatown. |

| The location of this hotel is terrific for the price. There was some construction/renovation, so good news for future stays. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear TVs from other surrounding rooms clearly. Also the floors are very squeaky. The room is small, but we spent most of the time out. The shower was pretty powerful, but the water temperature was always really hot (due to construction??). Luckily we had a room on the inside and didn't hear much street noise. Our friend had a room on the street and was annoyed by the string player on the corner. Not enough plugs in the room and using the hair dryer caused the power to flip. |

| This isn't the Ritz Carlton. However, for a weekend tourist trip to San Francisco, this is a fun hotel. The room was clean & had a great shower. It's located 1-block north of the Chinatown gate on Grant Street. Public transportation is convenient. There is a cable car line 2-blocks away on California Street to get you to all the tourist stuff. Market Street is a quick walk to get to all the busses and F-Trains. Also convenient to the Chinatown, Nob Hill and Financial District restaurants. |

| If you like to stay right at chinatown in San Francisco, consider this hotel. Chinese restaurants that my wife love to eat and bakeries were a block away. My conference was only 0.5 mile away. Location is very convenient. The hotel is an old establishment just as expected in an old community, we were not looking for a 5 star hotel for the price i paid. The staff are helpful and the room is clean, the bed not so comfortable, but enough to make you sleep. |

| Great location, you feel safe here, and close to everything, 2 min to union square and 15 min walk to fishermans warf! The staff are really friendly. The room was tiny and dated with a lot of the room was damaged or old but was clean which was good. If you were looking for a great place to stay to see san fran... then the location is perfect, but if your looking for a romantic get away where you want to spend a little time in the room then... maybe think twice. But over all cheep and good location. |

| The hotel was in a great location! And the workers were sooo nice! They helped us with everything! The rooms were small but clean! We even extended our trip for an extra day because we loved the city and where we were staying! Overall u get what u pay for and I feel we got our money worth plus some! We will always stay at the grant plaza when we are in san fran. :) |
