Recent Executive Vintage Court Union Review: "We stayed for two nights and loved it. The hotel is very welcoming. The staff was great. They were all very attentive and courteous without being overbearing. The lobby is very comfortable and feels more like a nice living room in a home or a Pottery Barn catalogue than a typical hotel lobby. The room was smallish, but comfortable and homey. It is tastefully decorated. There wasn't a bath tub in our room But the shower is fine. No "hotel smell". Everything was very clean and well maintained. The heat in the room was an old style radiator that made funny noises. You can ask for an electric heater to be brought up. But for me, that is part of the San Francisco experience. But the bed was very comfortable and very clean. We had a corner room that looked out onto Bush Street. It wasn't too noisy. I only wish that the lighting was a bit brighter. They use low watt bulbs in the rooms, which adds a nice ambiance, but can be a little too dark for reading or putting on make-up. They offer coffee, muffins and pastry for breakfast. We didn't eat in the hotel, preferring to go out. But the coffee was quite good. The location is great. It is right up the street from the French Consulate, Cafe de la Press, and Chinatown. Union Square is an easy walk down the hill. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes. The parking rates were very reasonable compared to other hotels and the parking staff was friendly. The room rates for a San Francisco stay are great. We will definitely stay there again."
