| was not happy with a parking fee, with the hotel not being in a city area. is this like a baggage fee the airlines are charging??? |

| great place to send the night prior to a fight out of SFO. the shuttle service is convenient, as well as the free breakfast. |

| I had flown in from Miami that day and just wanted to relax. The atmosphere here was relaxing, employees were helpful, and my stay was more than expected for the price. The breakfast buffet was a welcomed treat. |

| This hotel is very convenient to the SF airport and surrounding area. The facility is beautiful and service was great. Very nice breakfast buffet. |

| Nice hotel with friendly staff. No bell hop so check in was hectic. Went to eat the complimentary breakfast and everything was cleaned up & gone by 9 a.m. Not even cold cereal or toast w/toaster left on the counter. |

| Great accomodations - Excellent service. Offered complimentary seasonal transportation to Fisherman's Wharf! We will without a doubt recommend this hotel to others. |

| Only complaint about the room itself is the guest sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room has to traipse through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom. Also, because the hotel rooms ring an atrium like common area it was very noisy due to the volume of adolescents staying there for a soccer tournament. Nice bar area in the room is a bonus. Enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and breakfast with made to order omelettes. While the room has a nifty desk setup for your computer you do have to pay for internet connection. Did not feel the charge for parking was fair as there was no where else to park. |

| Staff was curtious, hotel and room were clean. Free drinks in the evening and a very good breakfast. Would definitly stay here again. |

| The suite is spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is great as well. It's a bit far from San Francisco center, but thats why it was affordable. Very convenient to airport. They also have a free shuttle to the city on Fridays and Saturdays, other days, you can take the airport shuttle to the airport and Bart from there to the city.
They do a great job and I would stay here again without thinking twice about it. |
