Recent Embassy Airport South Review: "This is the 2nd time I've had the opportunity to check out Embassy Suites. For starters, the rooms are so nice! The beds are extremely comfortable, and the suites with separate bedrooms are so roomy and clean! Next, the ones I stayed at have complimentary breakfast and they go all out on this--delicious! They don't skimp on it either. You will have a full belly of whatever you like and the servers are extremely friendly as well... All of that is nice but the part that made it most pleasant was the way I was treated... I can't say enough about the way they go above and beyond when it comes to making their guests feel special in big and even little ways you don't expect. They really care about their guests and the comfort they provide. I am not rich, and this is a hotel that has earned a reputation for primarily serving the upper class and I can see why. But they don't seem to discriminate with anyone, even if they are obviously not wealthy. Being there, each time I stayed made me feel like queen for a day. I stayed at the one in Burlingame and the one in S. San Francisco and I have never been treated this nice anywhere else. The STAFF at this hotel are what made this experience so memorable. They are simply FABULOUS and they bend over backwards to make sure they exceed all expectations! Other hotel chains should take a lesson from Embassy and maybe they would figure out where they are going wrong. I have not one bad thing to say about this hotel. If it were within my means, I'd never go anywhere else."
