Recent Days San Francisco Review: "The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was clean. We asked for adjoining rooms next to our mom and we got it. Even though we were right across the street from the Zoo entrance there was no traffic noise in our room. It was very easy to find the VA -SF Hospital on Clement Street. When the caridac surgery was cancelled, Jag gave us a  refund on the second night as long as we let them know by 11am. We will defintely be staying again if we need to have a surgery at the VA."
