| For the price it was fantastic, felt very safe, people were nice, helpful. It's a Motel not a Hotel and I'd stay there again no problem. |

| If you're looking for something fancy, or even of "normal" standards, this is not the place. Cons: only one night table, cigarette burns in sheets & blankets, cracks in walls, funky smell. Pros: CHEAP for San Francisco, nice bathroom, no bugs, walk to Great American Music Hall. The room was clean, the heater worked well, and there's free parking, which is unheard of in S.F. Decent, utilitarian place to stay, esp. on a holiday when you don't want to be driving. |

| Stayed because Oracle conference had all other hotels booked. Okay place, but only by bare minimum. Close regular hotel over this one if at all possible. Otherwise, hotel satisfies need... |

| I had a one king bed, non-smoking room. These rooms are very small, there is no closet or something where to put clothes. The room only has a bed, two night stands a tv and a chair. In terms of cleanliness, both the room ad the bath were clean. But the backside of the hotel opens to a pretty shady street. I was not totally comfortable leaving my computer in the room while out dining.
But in short, the hotel is ok, good for short business trips. |

| The room was very clean and the staff helpful. The noise from the street can make sleeping difficult as this inn is located on a busy intersection. The rooms don't have any closets or dressers for clothing, however it is evident that the inn is upgrading made evident by the newer bathroom. They seem to be selective about giving rooms to people who just walk in from the street who have not made a reservation as I have seen the desk attendant turn away a young man even though rooms were avaialble. |
