| The CitiGarden Hotel has become my favorite place to stay on business trips to the SF Convention Center. The accommodations are standard, but maintained, the breakfast basic but reliably good; overall a perfect balance of comfort and economy. |

| Stayed New Year's Eve. The room was clean and served its purpose as an affordable alternative to staying downtown. Free shuttle to the Airport connected with BART, so public transportation access was good. Sure, the room shows some signs of aging around the edges, but all the bathroom and sink fixtures in the room were new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perhaps not so much of a family vacation hotel, but good for budget travelers. |

| Hotel service is good -close to airport-rooms on south side are a little noisy-bed could use more pillows-maybe new carpets-but not bad for overnight waiting to fly out |

| THe price was good, but the toliet leaked, and it was labeled-NON-SMOKING and as we stepped into the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke! There wasnt even a extra roll of toilet tissue! |

| Normally, I am very happy with my experience here at this hotel. I always stay here when I am in San Francisco (and that is quite often). This time around, I was unhappy with my experience. I had to call TWICE for some towels in my room. Although the staff was pretty friendly, they were busy and understaffed on NEW YEAR'S EVE, if you can believe! Needless to say, I did not get my towels that evening. I had to pick them up from the front office on my own :( |

| I drove up for the Monday Night football game and was lucky to find this gem near the stadium!
It's right by the airport, about 5 mins drive to stadium, and a great deal! People were nice.
Nothing fancy, but if it's just for a couple nights and you spend most of your day out on the town then this is perfect! |
