| Great simple hotel. Free parking and accessibility to your vehicle. They were cool with a late check out, just had to ask. Nice trusty staff. My camera ended up in the lost and found. Cool neighborhood- Polk street night life |

| The hotel did not receive my room request wanting a quiet room. When we checked in, there was no quiet rooms available so we were on 2nd fl and we could hear foot steps from upstairs at MN and anytime people were walking. Next day, we were able to switch to 3rd fl which was better. But it was not convienient to switch since office staff did not change in the computer and it looks like we were in the same room when we came back from sightseeing during the day. The manager was supposed to be in AM, but we never saw him 2 mornings when we were trying to talk to him. It was nice to have microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. Even though it was somewhat inconvienient for trying to get a quiet room, next time we will call the hotel directly and request a quiet room. We will stay again because of good location. |

| This place exceeded all my expectations of a budget hotel. Free parking (and plenty of it by SF standards), pressed sheets, clean bathroom, large refrigerator and microwave in-room and overall just very comfortable -- and secure!
I look forward to staying here again! |

| Good location. Nice Staff. Only bug I have is that they charge an extra amount on your credit card even when you prepay. No restaurant, no room service, so ... for what? Make money holding the deposit for a few days? |

| This place is very clean and cozy for half of the price of other hotels in the area. Location is great, rooms are big and clean. Free parking inside. Does not get cheaper then that. I do recomend it! |

| For the price I paid, I was definitely satisfied. I had asked for a king but ended up getting a room with 2 queens and it actually worked out better that way lol. Funny how things work out sometimes. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Location was good and the guy was helpful when I had locked myself out of my car lol. |

| I chose this hotel based on the price and reviews. The hotel is in a quite neighborhood. If you have a car Broadway and Van Ness are good streets that are main crossroads. We used the cable car and city bus lines and there are several routes that have stops within 2 or 3 blocks. Your kind of in the middle distance from Fishermans warf, union square, golden gate bridge, and golden gate park.
They said there was free WiFi which is true, but it's a bit slow, it was OK to email, but slow for youtube.
We got a crib for the baby from the hotel but ended up not using it because the cushion was hard and plastic. |
