| O hotel fica na Japantown, que seria o equivalente ao bairro da Liberdade em São Paulo. Assim, não se trata de um hotel com temática japonesa, mas literalmente um hotel japonês. Isso não influencia em nada a minha opinião, que é de total satisfação com o hotel, mas achei interessante comentar, uma vez que não havia encontrado essa informação quando da minha reserva.
A equipe do hotel é ótima, o quarto amplo, limpo, confortável e conta com máquina de café no estilo Nespresso no quarto, incluídas 4 cápsulas no valor da diária (ou seja, as cápsulas são respostas para cada dia de estadia sem cobrança adicional).
A internet wireless é gratuita, porém em velocidade de 1Mbps, o que é um tanto baixa para os padrões atuais, especialmente se comparado a outros hotéis em que fiquei na mesma viagem, onde chegam a ser oferecidas velocidades de 15Mbps. Existe a opção de fazer um upgrade na velocidade por um custo extra diário.
Há um ponto de ônibus na frente do hotel, ondem param as linhas 2 e 3. |

| Great hotel, kids friendly and excellent location close to food and attractions. This is our first time staying at the hotel but it will not be our last. Definitely will recommend it to families. |

| Had a great stay at Hotel Tomo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I will be staying here again soon! |

| We stayed here for a night and had an interior courtyard lower floor room. The room was comfortable, and pretty clean, although the carpet was worn with some stains. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really strong. What was disappointing was the noise. The walls are really, really thin. I used a white-noise app on my phone which helped, but the worst noise came from the heater. Every time it switched on, it mad a loud BANG that kept waking us up. Eventually we turned off the heater, but then woke up because we were cold. Very frustrating. In months when heat isn't required, it wouldn't be an issue. |

| I stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe. The hotels is cute, super clean and no-nonsense place. They have all the stuff you need and very well run. Clean without smelling like bleach everywhere.
The colors are pleasant and the room was sunny. I would recommend this place to anybody! |

| Walking into the lobby of Hotel Tomo, I knew I had made a good choice. Cheerful, fun and whimsical, the hotel was exactly what I bargained for. Not a luxury spot, but very decent, clean, comfortable rooms and a great location. I value for money was bang on and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The neighbourhood is safe and interesting with lots of great Japanese restaurants and quirky shops. |

| No complaints about the hotel...my room was on the ground floor near the sidewalk but I did not find this noisy at all. Fitness center was orderly (consisted of eliptical, treadmill, stationary bike and free weights), parking in garage was tight but I got a spot. |

| No longer an unknown find. My only hesitation in writing another review is the more the Tomo becomes "discovered", the higher the prices get. |

| Don't expect luxury. This is a standard motel that has been cleaned up and painted. It was a nice stay. Comfortable. Quiet. Easy street parking. |

| Throughout the night...doors slamming shut on my floor. Inspite of a very comfortable bed, the noise was very disruptive. Could hear the TV in the next room. |
