Recent Best Western Tomo Review: "The lady who checked us into the hotel noticed we had kids and paid special attention to them including a grab bag. The lobby also had anime playing and a big funky couch so the kids were entertained while they dug into their grab bags. A huge relief after traveling all day and taking several forms of mass transit to get to the hotel. (We came from  Oakland - my kids aren't used to transit so they were exhausted. We loved traveling by Air Bart, Bart and bus to get there though! )We asked for a quiet part of the hotel and were put on the second floor behind the elevators and near the restaurant. It was totally quiet and we loved our room. We opted to not rent a car since it's expensive to park and were easily able to get where we wanted to go via the great bus system. The same lady who was at check in was also there in the morning when we asked about site seeing. She gave us a great map that had all the bus routes and the Bart on it. Overall we loved the hotel and the neighborhood it was in."
