| This hotel has been recently remodeled so everything is pretty new.
Employees at the front desk are very attentive.
Good location, close to downtown.
They have plenty of parking.
Breakfast is included from 7 to 10 AM.
Good value for the money. |

| I loved the convenience of the hotel.. right where I wanted to be, Great staff, clean rooms, and parking. I would definitly stay here again, and will. The only bad thing was the people above me sounded like a heard of elephants and the cleaning staff the next morning sounded like a heard of elephants.. i think i'll stay on the second floor next time. Great value! |

| This hotel is great for the price. I love that it offers exactly what is says on the website and charging me for extra things that should be included. The parking is free and there is lots of it! The breakfast was great too, usually when I go to small hotels like this, no breakfast is offered, but they had a good variety. The service was also very fast. When I needed more towels, they were delivered to my door within minutes. My husband and I walked around the neighborhood and it was a nice down to earth SF feeling. I will definitely stay here again when coming back to this neighborhood! |

| This was the loudest hotel i have ever stayed at. And I am not talking about the traffic; the actual people there were inconsiderate and very loud. At 1:30 in the morning there were doors slamming and people yelling. The management did nothing about it. On the morning of check out we asked if we could check out at 11:30 they told us no-Even though the check out time was NOON! They called us at 11 a.m. and asked us if we would be out soon. I would understand if they just said they needed the room, but they were rude. I did have fun in San Francisco and I liked going back to the hotel. |

| The outside of this facility gave me a chill and I was almost afraid to check in. The desk clerks were very nice, though don't ask about things to see. No one seemed to be from there and could not point me in any dire tion except toward Market Street.
The room was clean and surprisingly big. The fold away bed (couch) coushins were a little worse for wear, but it was completely functional.
There was some minor issues with nose levels, but it stopped at about 10pm, which was mice because I had to be up early the next morning.
Overall, based on the outside one might think it was overpriced. However the pleasant staff, jumped on my every request, and the room was overall quite comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again. |

| Sauberes Hotel mit nettem Frühstück recht zentral in San Fransisco gelegen. Straßenbahn und Cable-Car ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. |

| Didn't expect the rooms to be nice and well put together. Clean, spacious, comfort for a cheap price... Granted that the location is not the most ideal near a main street and freeway, but they do have plenty of parking. A few things that made it a bit rough...need to add a bit more lights in the back and walk ways. Need to add double pane windows to decrease noise level. Other than that, no other complaints. It's close to Bart/Muni, Union Square, shops, and theatre. |

| Hotel overall was better than all of the rest in SOMA at this price point. They did have construction going on and the workers scratched my rental car. The hotel said that they were not responsible for damage of parked cars. I had full coverage on the car so I didnt pursue. I think that if one of the hotels contractors does the damage the hotel should be responsible. |
