| Great value hotel. Ideally situated. Good-size room, spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped. No street noise. Some noisy guests, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. Simple but substantial breakfast included. Very helpful staff in reception. Would definitely use again. |

| Clean, comfortable and convenient. The value is great compared to paying $400 for fancier rooms in the neighborhood.
White Horse Tavern was a little bit of English pub on Sutter Street.
Only drawback is that internet is only available in the lobby, and the network is slow. |

| We stayed in this hotel for one night and flew out the next morning. The hotel arranged a car for us and it was great. The room was small and older, but clean and all we needed as we explored SF and then just slept here. The price was very good for a hotel in the city that let us walk to plenty. |

| I wld stay at this hotel again. Helpful staff, room was clean. No coffee/tea provided but that seems 2 b for most usa hotels? Breakfast was provided in our room rate, not hot food but cereal was good; the buns and pastries were nice - something to start the day off - it was good. Ask the staff - ask for Jamie - very helpful. We had the pleasure of a limo for the cost of a taxi fare back to the airport - it was great. There are adequate restaurants close by, the hotel opens up a bar in the evening - great to put your feet up at the end of the day. Could have stayed at a more expensive hotel but this hotel was quaint and suited our needs for the few days we were in SFO - as I said earlier - I would stay again. Recommend this hotel. |

| The Hotel is three LONG BLOCKS from Union Square. It is charming and very OLD. The elevator was modern and fast! It needs help in carpeting, painting, and bathroom facilities., especially the shower, and furniture. The windows had not been cleaned in a very long time! Breakfast was two choices of cearal, small crousants, muffins, fruit and coffee/tea.
The staff was EXCELLANT and professional. |

| my title says it all, cute quaint hotel with an awesome bar attached. We got a good deal on it, but the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors talking until 6am the first night, and then heard them snoring all night the second night. The bed was uncomfortable as well, but the shower/bathroom was nice. Not a horrible experience, but not a great one either |

| This was good value for the price paid, and it included a continental breakfast, which was a plus.
The room was clean, but quite small, and the bathroom was clean, but not modernized.
The cell phone reception was nil in the room, but there was reception in the lobby. |

| Very Nice hotel, I have stayed here twice now, clean and comfortable. No tea making facilities, but the pub in the hotel will sell you some. Lovely breakfast and lots of it. |
