| Absolute wonderful hotel. located next to China town and only 5 minute walk from the main shopping areas of Market Street and all the high end boutiques. No actual room service for food but there is both coffee shops and restaurants close by so great for tourists who want to get out of the hotel everyday and people on business. Friendly staff and I will be visiting San Francisco again soon and I will definitely book again. |

| were next to elevator and main street ( grant street) SO was a bit noisy we were able to get shifted which was no problems and room was a lot quieter. Service at reception was vey good. Very close to China town |

| Enkelt og bra hotell i Europeisk stil (les: litt shabby), meget sentralt. Hyggelig betjening, rent og ikke spesielt lytt. Veldig bra valuta for pengene. Anbefales! |

| The Lobby is currently undergoing renovation, but my room was big, clean, free wifi, excellent location and staff were very friendly and helpful. No frills hotel, but excellent value! |

| I took my 10 yr old daughter for a one night stay in San Francisco. It was an inexpensive hotel with clean rooms and a friendly staff. The location was perfect- right next to China Town and Union Square. E&O Trading Co.(restaurant) was right around the corner. The room did get very hot at night but it was quiet. The parking garage for the hotel was a few blocks away which was not so convenient for check in and carrying our bags. My daughter loved the vending machines. There were no movie channels in the room but this hotel was actually a good fit for a fun getaway. |

| Overall speaking, the hotel is really clean and the serve is good. Both coffee and tea are available in the hotel lobby for 24 hours. And the staff is really helpful, too. |

| This hotel was a wonderful experience for my family and has a convenient location next to China Town and STARBUCKS! The rooms were small, but cozy and had an okay veiw. It was hot at night, but easy to sleep.They make a towel into a cute animal! The staff is nice and helpful. In the lobby there is a snack machine and soda machine. This is a great hotel that I'd recommend. |

| April 2012: der Eingangsbereich wird im Moment umgebaut. Die Rezeption ist deshalb in einer kleinen Ecke untergebracht. Der Aufzug ist extrem langsam. Je nach Etage und Gepäck nimmt man also besser die Treppe! Die hoteleigene PC-Station (mit Drucker) kann gegen eine Gebühr benützt werden. Ist vor allem dann bequem, wenn man das Web Check-in im Hotel machen muss. |

| Baldwin Hotel too warm in the room. Heaters not controllable; But did have ceiling fan and windows were easily opened. |
