| Neighborhood = terrible. If you are a woman or a frail man I do not recommend walking around after 10 pm. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, nice TV with Dish network. Don't expect any amenities. For a room near touristy San Francisco, for the price, tough to beat.
"Free parking" is very limited. You'll end up parking in the street (free after 6 pm) which is fine if you have a rental car or jalopy. If you bring your own car, I'd garage it nearby for $15-20 per night. |

| Rooms were fine but the blow dryer is something from the 70's. If you are a girl, I'd highly recommend bringing your own. |

| My wife & I needed a place for one night. We were pleasantly surprised to find this motel. It was clean and easy to get to. The neighborhood sucks, but we're from the bay area and in our younger years used frequent the clubs in the Tenderloin, so a couple of crazy homeless folks don't scare us. We walked to the Bill Gram to see a concert that night, it was about half mile. We had no problems. For the price it's totally worth it. |

| This hotel was on a very loud corner (more so than other hotels on busy corners we've stayed at in SF). We usually use the air conditioning unit to drown out the noise, but didn't realize it used a control on the other side of the room (not the controls on the unit) - so we went all night without it. Pros: Free Parking, comfortable beds, nice continental breakfast, good toiletries. Cons: Noise level, hard pillows, no fridge or microwave in room. |

| We stayed there for 2 nights on our trip. The price was not cheap, but the best we got on columbus weekend.
The room was not too big but very nice, comfortable and clean. The guy at the front desk (he's always there) is a bit weird but funny. He wont let you touch the wafflemaker! :-)
The breakfast is pretty good. Bagels, cereals, waffles, pastries, juice, tea, coffee, milk...
Parking right at the hotel is included.
The location is pretty good. Just up Polk St. are a few cool bars. One block down the road, there is a coin laundry. Right next to it, there is a fantastic vegetarian thai restaurant (we're no veggies) that just opened. You have to try that!
We had a great weekend in SF! |

| If you have business in San Francisco and I did in the Haight/Asbury neighborhood. Where there is no commercial parking, as it is a residential, historic neighborhood with great shopping and dining for all ages.
I am part of the campaign committee to re-ellect
President Obama and we meet each month at a home in the Haight Ashbury neighborhood.
This hotel is an easy taxi ride away from my destination.
I will probably start here again for the same purpose before, so I can get to my meeting. |

| Well I stayed here for one night just needed a hotel near my friends place. This was it available, reasonable rates. It was my first time here I mostly just chose it for location. On that a 5 star. The hotel was ok, tight parking, But on the plus side it was free! The rooms are upgraded a bit, I loved the bathroom so cute! (a bit of a suprise) There was a bit of noise though from the outside traffic (trucks) and a few loud people from outside(drunk I think). But if you just need a place to stay that's not gonna break the bank, and decent then I would stay here again. |

| I booked the hotel and then read the reviews. Then I was a little scared to stay here. After staying here the only legitimate complaint people had was the neighborhood was a little scary. We stayed there to go to the Giants game, pretty convient. |

| When we asked for an extra sheet the woman yelled at us for having too many people in the room. We had the same amount of people that we registered and paid the extra fees for. They had no rollaway bed so one person slept on the ground.
I have never encountered such unfriendly service. |
