| parking is expensive and the service was not very friendly. the hotel is a bit old with small (and hot) but nice rooms. the location is good, situated near the city center. |

| My friend and I were looking for an affortable place to stay in the city of San Francisco as money was starting to dwindle. Saw the price and location for the Adante, apon check-in the front desk clerk was very nice and pleasant.
We took the elevator to our floor to walk into a economy size room with two double beds and this beautiful Asian inspired trim/border painting surrounding the room. Throughout the hotel, front desk included was this gorgeous fresco style Asian painting, giving tranquility to the hotel. Sure the hotel had an Italian name but the Asian decor was perfect, the room also had a ceiling fan, it did get hot and stuffy when the windows were closed, but the fan was a nice relief.
The hotel was located in a fabulous location within minutes of Chinatown, main shopping center and BART, however be mindful that a few blocks the opposite direction you could end up in the seedy Tenderloin. Surprisingly enough I thought it would be loud and noisy for being a downtown hotel but it was actually calm and not so disruptive.
For the price we paid, it would pay to visit off season. I would recommend this place to my friends, I would even stay again if I had to... it's a Great Gem!! |

| This hotel was very inexpensive but nice when we got there. It is very similar to staying in hotels in Europe which is great. European breakfast as well ;) |

| The hotel itself is pretty nice and the staff is very friendly. It is located very close to union square and market street, so it's very close to where you want to be. The surrounding neighborhood is not exactly the best, but it's not bad either. I didn't have any problems, except the occasional beggars.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a nice and not to expensive stay close to downtown |

| Hotel bien situé, mais dans un quartier un peu épeurant la nuit (bcp d'itinérants). Chambre et hotel propre. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité, à 10 min de marche du BART et de l'autobus de la ville. Quelques difficultés avec le wi-fi (nous étions au 7e et dernier étage). Bon rapport qualité prix! |

| It is a nice hotel with a moderate room. Basic facilities are available. Breakfast is ok. It is just about some homeless outside the hotel (not too many compare to several blocks away). It looks homeless people are all around SF even in busiest street like Powell. Needs to be careful if you walk back at night. However, overall is okay . |

| Tres bon rapport qualite/prix pour cet hotel tres bien situe.
Il ne faut pas etre regardant sur les details, comme par exemple la vue de la chambre qui donne sur un mur, mais quand vous avez juste besoin d'une chambre pour dormir et vous doucher (comme nous) alors je recommande vraiment cet endroit. |

| This hotel were choose for its price. A special rate of 80$ approximatively were charged for 1 night. We were 4 and shared a room with two double beds. The room were clean, but we missed Wi-Fi code and TV did not work, so that we had to call twice the reception. After that, everything were just fine.
Just a remark: the housecleaner came at 9 am when we were still sleeping in a sunday morning...we were a bit angry about that.
The facade of the hotel were under work, and there was no view from the window.
The location of the hotel is just between to the powell site and the worst part of the town, but it was highly convenient for us. |

| The room was small although the bathroom was large and ADA compliant. My major complaint, and only complaint is the thin walls. I heard every work spoken by the room next door even though they spoke in a normal tone. They were foreigners so I didn't understand what was being said. One night it was upsetting as they were talking past 1 am. |
