Recent Best Western Grosvenor Review: "We had a flight delay and ended up arriving very late. The hotel was only 2 miles from the airport which was great. Once we arrived, it was very nice, the rooms were very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, wide variety of choices to eat and the food was very good for a buffet. The kids loved the choices. It was nice to have it included in the price. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone. One small complaint, we had an early flight out (7:00 am) so we had to leave the hotel by 5:40am. The buffet didn't open until 6:00am. I tried to get a least a couple of bagels before our long flight back home, and the man setting up the buffet was very rude and refused to give us any fruit or bagels to take with us since we weren't going to be able to wait to eat at 6:00am. Maybe they could have at least fruit and bagels starting at 5:00am for all those of us leaving early. Other than that complaint, It is a highly recommended hotel."
