Recent Heritage Marina Review: "I went up to San Francisco and I wanted a run down hotel. I got what I wanted. I'm not being sarcastic. I wanted the underbelly of hotels. The night clerk couldn't give us directions from where we were lost (right down the street) and he barely spoke English. The bed had hairs on it under the covers but over the sheets. The COLD water to the sink was turned off. There was caution tape around the pool. The first room we were given, the key card to our room didn't work so we had to walk back to the office in the rain. The coke machine only had Coke ZERO in it, and we put in 2 dollars, ended up with 6 cokes(it was broken and it was awesome) AND it gave us a dollar back. This hotel was perfect."
